It was an obvious step for Carson to join Check A Trade when we found out about
them, we were already seeking feedback from our customers anyway so why
not let others see the results. We are proud to have been members for over two
years now. From a possible maximum score of 10 we currently average 9.7
worked out across six performance areas. This is a respectable result but rest
assured we will not become complacent. We will continue to work hard to

For many years now Carsons have actively carried out customer surveys. Initial feelings of nervousness about
asking people what they thought of us were pleasantly replaced by growing confidence as we discovered that
customers thought well of us and liked doing business with us.

Using the feedback we turned our attention to those areas where improvements were possible and gave our team
incentives to do better. This over the years resulted in positive progress in quality of work and customer service
that is now built-in, we do not now know, recognise or accept any other way of working.
